In my practice I help people to develop insights and skills to identify, gain access to, and apply their own resources to move towards happier and healthier lives.

The therapeutic journey is a process of increasing non-judgmental awareness, and strengthening ourselves to be our full potential. Therapy can help us in discovering our own resources, to have fulfilling lives, to heal old wounds, and to address difficulties.

I devote my work to help people feel calmer, more at peace, and enjoy more satisfying relationships.

In addition to the therapeutic work, I also provide consulting services and give lectures and workshops.
